Fairhaven Festival
Sunday May 28, 9am-6pm
Ski to Sea is an annual multi-sport team relay race that starts at the Mount Baker Ski Area and ends in Bellingham Bay. The relay combines several legs and sports, including cross country skiing, downhill skiing or snowboarding, running, road biking, canoing, cyclocross biking, and sea kayaking.
The Ski to Sea race is accompanied by the Historic Fairhaven Festival, a street festival in Fairhaven to celebrate participants completing the relay race. The event is an all-day multi-street party that includes live music, a beer garden, arts and craft vendors, and a number of food stands with local eats.
